Bondi Beats is an exciting new, home based, studio in the heart of Bondi Beach. Whether it is your first professional recording session or you are already an established artist, you'll love the laid back and inspiring vibe of Bondi Beats which will help capture the best version of your music and creativity.
At the heart of the studio is a Toft ATB 16 track analogue mixing desk. This desk, along with the Apollo 16 digital to analogue converter and Avalon pre-amp, were based in Amy Winehouse's home studio in Islington, London. We record and mix with Pro Tools and Logic Pro and have a professional range of microphones, instruments and effects.
Our set-up is particularly appropriate for singer songwriters and for recording vocals over beats and/or backing tracks. While space constraints limit group live tracking, it is possible to record small groups with members playing sequentially and/or direct into the desk.
